Kinshuk heads the disputes and insolvency practice. He has over 13 years of experience representing clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including insolvency and restructuring matters and arbitration.

Kinshuk has also handled various domestic and       
international arbitrations, representing clients in institutional arbitrations and also represents clients on various commercial disputes, appearing before a variety of forums.

In particular, he has extensive experience in insolvency litigation representing resolution professionals, lenders and resolution applicants.

A substantial part of his practice focuses on insolvency process advisory. He frequently advises insolvency professionals in matters of corporate and personal insolvencies and clients rely on him for course mapping and understanding of the developing insolvency law.
